Can I cancel class in an urgent matters ?

Of course! We understand that urgent matters are unexpected. You can cancel by yourself anytime via our system. While we have a no-refund policy, don't worry—you won't lose your credit! You can simply reschedule and book a new class at your convenience.

もちろん可能です！急なご事情があることは十分に理解しております。システムからいつでもご自身でキャンセルが可能です。返金不可のポリシーとはなっておりますが、ご安心ください。受講枠（クレジット）が消えてしまうことはありません！ご都合の良い時にいつでもリスケジュール（日程変更）し、新しいレッスンをご予約いただけます。
